This place is such a good dental clinic. The staff were so respectful and nice, and there is a positive vibe within this environment. I would highly recommend Dr Kim's service. Both my daughter and son's wisdom teeth were extracted by him.

My son's case was a little complicated. I am glad that Dr Kim could handle this well. I trust that IV sedation is a safe procedure.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for over 8 years.  Although I’ve moved a bit farther away, I still continue to visit because of the excellent care.

Dr. Kim is very professional. I had a couple of wisdom teeth removed, and everything went smoothly with a fast recovery. More recently, my husband had a dental implant, and Dr. Kim thoroughly explained every step, including expectations and costs. So far, everything has been done beautifully.

The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful. She assisted us with scheduling and made the process efficient, saving us time and minimizing visits.

I’ve asked the receptionist I wanted a checkup with Dr T Kim along with my cleaning for the past three appointments but either sent to see another dentist (who seemed inexperienced and nearly had me do an unnecessary filling) or was given no checkup at all. I guess he’s too busy to do checkups? Anyway, I’ll probably go to a different office for my future cleanings.

I used to have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist due to past experiences. From the moment I walked into Yonge Sheppard Dental, the staff here are warm and welcoming. My hygienist had very gentle hands which immediately helped calm my nerves. My Dentist was amazing; he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, outlining my treatment options without any pressure for unnecessary procedures. The treatment procedure was quick and surprisingly painless. I always feel comfortable and well-cared for. I am so glad I found this place. Thank you for making my visit a positive experience. ☺️

因为疫情和各种原因，阔别数年才回到了加拿大和亲人团聚，没有到达之前，家人就告知我换了一家他们特别满意的牙医诊所。亲身体验了之后，必须承认这个诊所的确非常棒。地铁、公交都方便到达，环境和设施也都没地挑。Dr. Lee和洗牙师Trina非常专业，Dr. Lee虽然是韩国医生，但是能够用中文交流，牙医助理Sylvia和经理Isabel讲中文，顺畅交流解决了我最头痛的的语言问题。从检查到洗牙、制定补牙、根管治疗的过程讲解地都很专业又细致，动作轻柔、耐心，没有疼痛感。价格也很实惠，保险申报也及时。特别感动的是，回到家后，工作人员还询问情况，让人很暖心。决定以后就定在这里不用再换了。Thank you so much Dr. Lee for everything!

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Doctor Bae was incredibly kind and professional, and I really appreciated how he respected my opinions while still offering professional advice. He genuinely cared about my comfort and wellbeing, even following up after my visit and offering a free follow up consultation to make sure everything was okay. Truly exceptional service — highly recommended!
